Motorola Motosmart Mix XT550 music phone with Sina

We have news today of a new Motorola handset, the Motosmart Mix XT550 music phone. This could be a good option for those who enjoy music as it’s very much focused on providing a premium music experience and also includes the Sina music app.

The basic specs and features on the Motorola Motosmart Mix XT550 include an 800MHz processor, 4-inch HVGA display, 512MB of RAM, 3-megapixel rear camera along with a VGA front-facing shooter and it all runs on Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread. Let’s face it then, this is not going to be purchased by high-end spec lovers but music enthusiasts might well think differently.

The Motosmart Mix XT550 does include SRS WOW HD audio processing, Dolby mobile technology and services that offer user-friendly music downloading. The Sina Micro Music app also enables easy music management and sharing but this app is likely to be only available in China where the phone has just been announced. High-quality headphones are included and there’s a dedicated music key to control your music. The neat-looking device also includes a 1735mAh battery that should allow up to 30 hours of music playback according to IBN Live.

The phone has just been launched in China with a price of Â¥1699, according to Engadget, but international availability details are not yet known. The Motosmart Mix XT550 comes in white or black color options with accents of red and it’s the first smartphone to come pre-loaded with the Sina Micro Music application.
