Samsung Dive questioning and answering via users

There has been many times when I have misplaced my keys or smartphone but luckily this has only happened at home so far, but with modern technology on Smartphones there is help at hand when things go wrong, and today we are looking at the Samsung Dive feature with questioning and answering via users.

Modern smartphones have become so sophisticated these days that as users we store a vast range of personal information on them, and if this handset is then lost or stolen it becomes even more of an inconvenience as well as a security risk. The Samsung Dive service will help users by seeing where you last used the device, and if need be wipe the handset of all your personal information or lock the device.

Users have to first register or activate the service by signing into a Samsung account via their handset, and then activating the service. It is then essential that users then switch on the Mobile Tracker service which will then enable the locating, locking, or wiping of the handset.

Want we wanted to know here on Phones Review if any of our readers have actually used the Samsung Dive service for any reason, and what they thought of it. Did the service help you to relocate your handset after it had been stolen or misplaced, and did you go on to wipe the personal information stored on your smartphone?

If you have a Samsung handset the instructions on how to get the service up and running can be found here, or to sign into the service click here.
