Galaxy Note 3 problem leads to Lebron James Twitter rant

#

The smartphones that we now use are as powerful as home computers were a few years ago but can fit into our pockets or bags, but due to the complexity of the software things can sometimes go wrong, which is certainly the case for a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 problem that leads to a Lebron James Twitter rant.

The basketball star took to his Twitter account recently to reveal that his Samsung Galaxy Note 3 had decided to erase its entire content and rebooted, but the superstar may have forgot that the company actually pays him to use the smartphone in a sponsorship deal.

He has since deleted the tweet but not before it had gone viral, and rival HTC seized on the moment by replying that maybe the world best basketball player needs to own the world’s best smartphone referring to the HTC One.

Have you ever had this happen to you?

Never happened to me. Something like this could be user error and if he’s contacted by Samsung, he made a grave error by not communicating with his corporate contacts. You’d think he’d realize he likely gets a better tech support response than most of us. OOPS!

I’m not doubting that he has gone through an event that has messed up his phone data but for him to rant about it online with so many viewers watching his every move is careless.

My phone actually often loses apps, icons, or even entire home pages at random. It crashes from time to time, gets incredibly hot during use, loses signal on gps, mobile, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth quite regularly. Even with all that, for some reason I still won’t get rid of my note 3. Honestly, Samsung’s phones have become quite lackluster and gimmicky, and better suit the interests of Samsung than the consumers. Even as I was typing this, my Wi-Fi was turned off and the phone continued to notify me that Wi-Fi networks are available. Maybe it’s a defective model…

I’ve never had a phone do that, ever including my Galaxy Note 3. Not even my iPhone did that. Kind of sounds like a user error to me, or just some special case, but I doubt his phone just magically did this.

Also, kind of retarded for Bron Bron to stab samsung in the back like that, I mean, what did they do?
