Samsung Galaxy Note 3 leads as iPhone Android equivalent

#

The Galaxy Note 3 is undoubtedly one of the world’s most popular Android smartphones, as reflected in its sales figures and the fact that so many people who own these devices recommend them. So does the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 now lead the way as the iPhone Android equivalent?

We’ve come across a really interesting article today that discusses the Galaxy Note phones and how they have come to be the Android counterpart of the iPhone, and we’d like to know if you agree. An opinion piece over on SamMobile talks about the loyalty of iOS device users towards the iPhone and how many users stick with the Apple flagship handset because of various factors such as the high-end hardware and ease of use. It also discusses the desirability factor of the iPhone among many people who don’t have one.

It then goes on to discuss how only Samsung has come close to the popularity of Apple, with its Galaxy S and Galaxy Note lines. The Galaxy S5 is soon to release, but although this range contain the highest selling Android smartphones, the author of the piece argues that in fact it’s the Galaxy Note line that commands the field as far as customer satisfaction and loyalty is concerned, and then elaborates on this further.

We have to say that taking into account feedback from our readers alone, this claim appears to have substance. Since the very first Galaxy Note phablet released we have seen overwhelming praise and admiration for these devices, right through to the latest Galaxy Note 3, with very little negativity ever shown. It’s an interesting idea and you can check out the full commentary at the source below.

It would be really interesting to hear what readers think about this belief that the Android world’s equivalent of the iPhone is the Galaxy Note. Do you agree with this opinion from your own experiences of the Galaxy Note line-up, or maybe you feel the Galaxy S line is more entitled to this claim? If you’re a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 user, are you likely to remain loyal to the Note range in future years?
