Clash Royale Decks will undergo changes with New Balance Update

#

It’s update time. In the world of Clash Royale, that can be a good thing or a bad thing. A new update is going to make gamers change up their Clash Royale decks as a fan favorite looks to take another hit.

If you are a daily Clash Royale player, you probably notice the trends. Over the past few weeks the old Elixir Collector has seen a huge surge in popularity, and they usually spell the start of doom at the hands of a Sparky… or Giant. If the latter has been a cause for concern, you can rest a little easier after the next Clash Royale update. The Giant is going to take another hit as Supercell is nerfing it with a nasty 5% reduction to the hitpoints.

If that isn’t enough to make you change up your Clash Royale deck, this next one is. They have nerfed Poison as well. The Poison card will no longer slow down troops or impede their attack speed, which is a complete and total bummer regardless of the Giant. To complete the changes to one of the most popular Clash Royale deck combos, the Elixir Collector cost has been increased to 6 although the lifetime is also going to increase by 10 seconds.

The Golems will see a change in the new Clash Royale deck as well. The regular Golem and Ice Golem will now damage enemy flying troops when the pop. The Log is getting a significant damage increase by 9%, which should make it much more popular against troops. On that note, the Skeleton Army Elixir cost has dropped from 4 to 3 and their level has increased by 5. While they will be stronger and cost less, you will 5 less for a total of 16 after the Clash Royale update.

If you are itching to see how the new changes pan out, you won’t have to wait long as Supercell will roll out the Clash Royale update tomorrow on October 20th. We won’t get any new cards this time around, but we will get the Graveyard legendary on the 28th.
