The HTC Droid Eris, BlackBerry Bold 9700 and the Samsung Omnia 2 have the same problem as the iPhone 4 so why give Apple a hard time.
At the Apple Conference held today, Steve Jobs talked about the iPhone 4 problems to do with the antenna and signal loss, personally do you think we should give the CEO and Apple a break?
Ok there is no doubting that there is a problem with the antenna and Apple is trying very hard to rectify the issue to keep customers on side, TiPB mentions that Steve Jobs highlighted the fact that the HTC Droid Eris, BlackBerry Bold 9700 and Samsung Omnia 2 have similar problems that the iPhone 4 smartphone has where even these devices drop from 4 to 1 or even some cases 0 bars as well.
The good thing about the iPhone 4 is that you can easily spot the visible black bar at the bottom of the smartphone, which means you can spot the problem easier.
We believe that customers should give Apple and of course Steve Jobs a break, they always release very good products and even the big boys have problems as well. We say that most of the complaints comes via news groups and the media and not so much the customer.
