As you may already be aware, Greenpois0n jailbreak utilised the SHAtter exploit that jailbreaks all iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch hardware for life, and apparently Greenpois0n will be released before Apple releases iOS 4.2 and Greenpois0n will be available for Windows, Linux and Mac users.
According to an article over on Quickpwn, the final version of iOS4.2 will not surface until sometime in November, but the Greenpois0n jailbreak will become available before then and is just days away which means those that are waiting to jailbreak iOS4.1 do not have much longer to wait.
Apple continues to play the cat and mouse game with jailbreakers making it more and more difficult for jailbreak teams to deliver a jailbreak solution, but once greenpois0n becomes available those that wish to use it can download it from Here.
