Lenovo Vibe S1 vs Vibe P1 gaming performance review

The Lenovo Vibe S1 and Lenovo Vibe P1 are two of the most recent smartphones from the company. As such, there may be people undecided about which one is the best choice for them. Fans of mobile gaming might want to know how they compare in this respect, so today we’re have a Lenovo Vibe S1 vs Vibe P1 gaming performance reviews.

Before we get to the nitty-gritty we’ll outline some key specs of each as far as gaming is concerned. The Lenovo Vibe S1 has a 1.7GHz MediaTek MT6752 octa-core processor, Mali-T760MP2 graphics, and 3GB of RAM. You can enjoy your game experience on its 5-inch display with Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080.

Alternatively the Lenovo Vibe P1 has a Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor (four cores at 1.5GHz and four at 1GHz), Adreno 405 graphics, and 2GB of RAM. It has a larger 5.5-inch display, still with Full HD resolution. Both run versions of the Android Lollipop OS. Given the differences in specs it should be interesting to see how they compete against each other as far as gaming is concerned

Beneath this post we’ve embedded two videos showing gaming looks at each of these two phones from FoneArena. The first video is a Lenovo Vibe S1 gaming review and it shows gameplay from five popular games. These are Asphalt 8, Riptide GP2, Modern Combat 5, Dead Trigger 2, and Grand Theft Auto San Andreas.

After each section of gaming footage, scores are awarded for both graphics and performance. For instance for Modern Combat 5 the Vibe S1 is awarded 3/5 stars for graphics and 4/5 stars for performance. At the conclusion of the video you’ll see an overall score for the gaming experience with the Lenovo Vibe S1.

The second video below shows a Lenovo Vibe P1 gaming review and again includes gameplay from five games. Four of them are the same as for the Vibe S1, but this time Riptide GP2 is replaced with FIFA 16 Ultimate Team. The video follow the same format as the first gaming review, with an ultimate score awarded at the end.

We’re not going to spoil the suspense by telling you which one is the winner, but we will say that it’s a pretty close run thing.
