Verizon Galaxy Nexus vs Tegra 3 Phone: Decision Time

The Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus release date is causing a lot of upsets in the U.S, it was rumoured to release on December 9th, then this changed to another speculated date of December 15th, and of course no official day and time has been announced.

Today is December 12th and yet still no release, will customers be so annoyed with the waiting game that they will favour Tegra 3 phones, decision time is worth thinking about, do you agree or not?

There is only 13 days until Christmas, Verizon needs a Samsung Galaxy Nexus release date, and many carriers have already released this handset leaving the US lagging behind, which is not good for customers in this country. We reported earlier on today that this Galaxy Nexus delay is all down to Google Wallet, or the lack of it, they want the NFC payment app included on their first Android 4.0 handset, but Verizon do not agree as they have just teamed up with ISIS to bring their own NFC payment service.

So will you wait it out for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus on Verizon, or will you be tempted to choose the Asus PadPhone featuring Android Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 and Tegra 3?

The Asus PadFone is set to have its announcement at the Mobile World Congress in February 2012, and features include a 4.3-inch display, Tegra 3 quad-core processor, Android’s new 4.0 OS, there will be a new accessory attachment that will convert the phone into a tablet. Read more about this here.
