Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G price confirmed at launch

Last week we informed readers about specs of an upcoming Micromax smartphone but at that time there were no details on the pricing or when it would be available. Now the Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G price has been confirmed at the launch. The good news is that if you want this phone you don’t have to wait too long, as it goes on sale as an exclusive for Flipkart from today.

The new Canvas Pulse E451 follows launches of the Micromax Canvas Mega E353 and also the Canvas Mega 4G Q417. The Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G price sits somewhere between the two as it will cost you Rs. 9,999. It’s powered by a 1.7GHz MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor with Mali-T720 graphics, and has a 5-inch IPS display with HD resolution (1280 x 720).

Further Canvas Pulse 4G specs are 3GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage (expandable), and a 2100 mAh battery. It packs a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED flash as well as a 5-megapixel snapper up front. The dual SIM phone has connectivity options that include 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS.

The Micromax Canvas Pulse 4G runs the Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and measures 140.8mm x 70.4mm x 8.8mm. It’s offered in a black color only. Flipkart director Vignesh Ramakrishnan said at the launch,

“We are happy to announce the exclusive launch of Micromax Canvas PULSE 4G on Flipkart. With the gaining popularity of 4G smartphones in the Indian market, this new device from Micromax will offer Indian customers a whole new experience in this space. Packed with an Octacore processor and 3GB RAM, this new offering from Micromax will drive 4G smartphone adoption amongst customers.”
