iPhone 4 Reception Problem May Bring Class Action Lawsuit

As everyone is aware there is a problem with the reception with the latest Apple gizmo the iPhone 4 no matter how many times Steve Jobs says there isn’t. It’s blatantly obvious that something is wrong by the amount of complaints hitting the net.

Well, Jobs may wish to bury his head in the sand over the iPhone 4 reception issue, but according to an article by Ryan Tate over on Gawker, there may just be a class action lawsuit heading Apple’s way over the aforementioned issue.

Apparently the Californian law firm, Kershaw, Cutter & Ratinoff LLP, of suing Facebook and Zynga over scammy gaming ads fame, are looking for individuals that have “recently purchased the new iPhone and have experienced poor reception, dropped calls and weak signals.”

One can only presume that the law firm is looking for those individuals so they can mount a lawsuit against Apple over the iPhone 4 reception problems, and as the article says, when someone like Steve Jobs states a user should “avoid holding it in that way,” he’s simply asking for trouble.
