Ok so there is not a lot of information here but HTC may be planning 2 or 3 Android based handsets in 2008, Peter Chou the HTC CEO has reportedly let slip of a few details that is pretty interesting (well to some anyway) that the company’s plans during a very recent analyst meeting that includes the titillating that it plans to release 2 or 3 Android based handsets in 2008.

The picture above shows the so called “Dream” handset and it would seem that it is a sure bet for one of those Peter Chou apparently did not drop any hints as to what we might be able to expect form any other handsets.

Over at DigiTimes the other HTC news is that Chou said that the company are planning to release anon-Qualcomm-based 3G handset in the and hopefully in the near future along with a brand new user interface that will be better than its current TouchFlo technology (have too wait and see on that one) with a couple of WiMAX / TD-WCDMA devices chucked in for good measure.
