For over a year and a half Nokia and Qualcomm have been battling it out in multiple court cases which have the potential of either of them gaining millions of dollars in patent infringement. The fight continues but for now they have agreed to take a short break, obviously they are somewhat tired.

Although this lull in legal wrangling doesn’t mean the battle is over as in July they go back into another court battle in Delaware where both sides are sure to pull out all their heavy weaponry; this time the gloves will be off and the WMD’s will be going at it hammer and tongs for the win.
