The recent price increases at Vodafone have led to customers wishing to leave the network, but Vodafone isn’t having it, they are rejecting requests.
The Independent newspaper alleged earlier this week that Vodafone is resisting what The Independent claim to be “unlawful claims” from Vodafone users to cancel their mobile phone contracts under Vodafone’s own terms and conditions.
According to the Vodafone terms, “contract customers who face over a 10% rise in their bills are allowed to discontinue their contract with the operator, regardless of when they first signed up.”
But Vodafone state the allegations are “misrepresentative.”
