Virgin Mobile USA has completed acquisition of Helio, and Virgin Mobile USA has unveiled their new branding message “Helio By Virgin Mobile: Plan To Have It All.”

Virgin Mobile USA’s immediate plans is to launch the Shuttle, their first mobile phone to integrate Helio’s services as Buddy Beacon; and the enhancement of Helio’s $80.00 A La Carte plan.

As of today, this new plan will include unlimited minutes leaving behind the old 1500 minutes allocation, and mirrors Virgin Mobile USA’s Totally unlimited plan costing $79.99, and will be available for present and future Helio customers.
