Verizon Wireless has released a new storefront called Dashboard using Adobe’s Flash technology. If you have a LG chocolate you will be able to experience the Dashboard otherwise you will have to wait to the end of the year and see what other phones will be getting the new Verizon flash-based storefront.
The Dashboard is said to be designed for the user to find content by links that take you to mobile web as well as Verizon deck, it’s a completely dynamic real-time store.
Verizon have been at the forefront of using Flash using the Flash Lite extensions, the Apple iPhone is one of the phones who have been criticized for the lack of Flash. The dashboard itself features a number of channels with categories such as entertainment, news, sport and games.
