The whisper running rife on the net wave point to Apple looking at developing an internet search engine with a view to replacing the Google search engine currently on the Apple iPhone and Apple iPod Touch.
If the whispers are indeed true it would be the most logical step forward for Apple, after all hasn’t Google stepped into Apple’s territory with the Google Android?
The one small thing that doesn’t substantiate this possible search engine war is that there is no sign of Apple building a search engine team incorporating search engine specialist and engineers, not that we’ve heard anyway, unless it’s a secret op by Apple.
