A new sighting at the FCC has revealed a new unannounced mobile phone from Samsung in the form of the Samsung R470 which is a CDMA dual band clamshell form factor handset.

This new Samsung R470 clam features fairly comprehensive external controls probably with a music slant, Bluetooth, dedicated camera key, dual displays, headphone jack, and microSD expansion slot.

Apparently the “draft user manual” refers to “easyedge” which probably indicated this Samsung orange coloured clamshell is heading for US Cellular. Strangely though the Samsung R470 isn’t mentioned on the FCC as having EV-DO which seems strange for a mobile phone of this sort.
