AT&T Quickfire gets pulled and dumped

Under: Mobile Phones, News Date: February 24th, 2009

Now here’s a bit of interesting news concerning AT&T and their Quickfire mobile phone. Apparently AT&T has issued a notice to all their store managers to remove and halt the selling of the AT&T Quickfire handset.

Furthermore AT&T has said all demo handsets of the Quickfire are to be pulled from the floor. Sounds pretty serious doesn’t it?

Well apparently the reason for this action by AT&T is that they are bailing out and trashing the Quickfire due to “quality issues.” So there it is, no more AT&T Quickfire, thing is I doubt if it will be missed anyway.
