Video: Verizon customer service reps need maths refresher

So, it appears that some Verizon customer service reps need to return to schooling as they obviously don’t have the mathematical intellect to be dealing with finance.

As can be attested by this conversation between a customer and not one but two Verizon customer service representatives, whereby both reps can’t seem to understand the difference between a dollar and a cent.

Personally I think the guy held his calm extremely well, if it had been me the conversation wouldn’t have been allowed due to its extreme abusive language if you follow my drift. Anyway hit up the video below and enjoy hearing just how stupid some people can be.
