It appears that a minor crisis is forming between Apple and Apple iPhone developers due to Apple’s delays in processing iPhone developer contracts which threatens to keep new developers out of the Apple iTunes App Store.

Some Apple iPhone application developers are facing expiry of their current contract and others are yet to have their first contracts approved as Apple now take anything up to months to process the contracts.

Several sources report that many messages sent to Apple on this subject are either gone ignored or are given a stock apology for the delay. Time Apple got its finger out I think as these developers bring in quite a bit of cash to the Apple coffers.
