There is a rumour hitting the net waves that the Samsung Omnia HD smartphone which everyone is presuming runs Symbian S60 may just play nice with Windows Mobile.

Samsung showed off the Samsung Omnia HD along with their upcoming mobile handsets in a PowerPoint slide while at a dealer conference in Amsterdam.

And guess what, included in that PowerPoint slide was the Samsung Omnia HD running Windows Mobile 6.5. If this is fact then we can probably expect the Windows Mobile 6.5 version of the Samsung Omnia HD to carry much the same feature set as the Symbian S60 version. Unfortunately no release date or price tag was offered.
