Apple is still on that slow boat to China as Apple continues negotiations with China Mobile for the Apple iPhone 3G. China Mobile boss Wang Jianzhou has confirmed that China Mobile and Apple are still talking with a view to bringing the Apple iPhone to China, however as usual no deal has yet been finalised.

The China Mobile CEO told reporters in Hong Kong “We have been discussing with Apple, but until now no agreement has been reached,” and went on to say, “The door of China Mobile’s network is always open.”

This is getting to be one long saga to get the Apple iPhone officially in China, and one is beinging to wonder if China actually wants the Apple iPhone 3G.
