Nokia hasn’t put much into CTIA 2009 so far it would seem, but cnet is reporting that Nokia’s only new mobile phone at CTIA 2009 in Las Vegas other than the Nokia E71x on AT&T is the Nokia 1661 which is destined for T-Mobile on prepay.
The Nokia 1661 is a low end handset in a candy-bar form factor which is dual band GSM 850/1900 MHz for North America and sports an FM radio, spearkerphone, 250 contact phone book, and a few more of the basics.
However, the Nokia 1661 does have one unique thing, on its top is a large bright flashlight, so if you are on the lookout for a flashlight low end mobile this may be for you. The Nokia 1661 will be available this month but as yet no word on price.
