According to a report over at Engadget, Vuzix has announced a new cable that enabled the user to use their existing eyewear with the Apple iPhone and enjoy interlaced and anaglyph 3D content.

The new “Works with iPhone” cable will apparently be bundled with Vuzix’s iWear AV230XL although there is a standalone version with a price tag of $36.95.

“Works with iPhone” products are designed for optimal connectivity to the Apple iPhone, and the new Wrap 920AV and Augmented Reality Accessory Kit is the first on the market to support 3D video in side by side, all major 3D anaglyph modes and interlaced.
