CTIA 2009: LG Wine gains a quick review

Under: CTIA Wireless, LG
Date: April 6th, 2009

Back in January, LG released their LG Wine mobile handset, and when it was shown at CTIA 2009, the guys over at cnet managed to spend some time with the burgundy coloured flip phone from US Cellular.

The LG Wine is also available in white, but the most unique thing about the handset is that it features 4 dedicated hot keys under its display which correspond with US Cellular’s easyedge web portal, the messaging interface, alarm clock and image folder.

Spec wise the LG Wine doesn’t offer a great deal, a 1.3 megapixel camera, voice command, and Bluetooth, and that’s about it. The LG Wine is with US Cellular for $179.95 outright or $29.95 on a 2 year contract.
