Some fortunate parts of Germany are now rocking speeds of up to 7.2/2.0 thanks to O2 Edge update. Apparently all Huawei-based sites in the south and most other sites are technically able to offer this.
We found via-The unwired that it now provides its mobile data customers an even faster access to the internet using the latest HSPA technology, allows HSDPA download rates of up to 7.2 Mbps and enables HSUPA up to 2.0 Mbps.
Changes and upgrades had to be made in order to have the net elements and nationwide interaction ready for the down and upload turbo, all of which required a careful coordination and nationwide teamwork.
