According to an article over on engadget mobile, Palm has now officially said that the Palm Pre smartphone will be exclusive to O2 in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany, while Movistar will have Palm Pre exclusivity in Spain.
However, Palm did not release any confirmed release dates for the Palm Pre and opted for stating the Palm Pre will be available “in time for the holidays.”
Furthermore, Palm has not listed the radio frequencies for the HSDPA/UMTS with EDGE/GMS version Palm Pre, nor have they stated any expected price tag.
