Eco friendly seems to be the focus on the mobile phone arena these days and Samsung is steeping up to the plate with their Samsung Blue Earth touch screen eco phone.

And now according to an article on engadget mobile, at an event in San Francisco, Samsung has announced their eco friendly solar powered Samsung Blue Earth handset will launch sometime in October.

Unfortunately though Samsung has made no indications as to just where the Samsung Blue Earth will launch in October, so on that score I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
