iPhone users want to use internet, can AT&T keep up with data demand

Its been said that as Apple users tend to use the internet more than owners of other smartphones, AT&T’s network not surprisingly gets bogged down during the peak periods.

AT&T are left under pressure to make the network iPhone ready or they could risk losing the edge in smartphones. Unless this happens the company would almost certainly lose the exclusive partnership with Apple as early as next year.

The odd’s are unfortunate against AT&T, lots of there are 60,000 cell towers desperately needing to be upgraded. This will cost billions of dollars although AT&T have kept a tight lid on capital spending during the recession. All carriers are going in the direction of a much faster network called LTE which will begin being deployed in 2011. To read more on this subject go to ethiopian review.com
