The reviewer says it is a little hard to operate the buttons through the case as the Incipio DermaSHOT 1337 Case for iPhone 3G and 3GS is thicker than most other cases, but there is a cut-out for the iPhone camera, dock connector, headphone jack and vibrate switch.
