Nokia along with Telefonica have agreed to launch the Nokia email solution in Latin America, thus demonstrating Telefonica’s commitment to development of mobile experience in the Latin American marketplace.

With Nokia Messaging, mobilisation of email is simplified as the solution enables easy access and management of up to ten personal email accounts, while push tech means prompt delivery of email direct to the mobile phone.

Nokia Messaging is compatible with a variety of email and internet providers including Gmail, YahooMail, Hotmail, Windows Live, Terra, and telefonica.net. Nokia mobile phones available in the region are the Nokia E71, Nokia E75, Nokia E63 and the upcoming Nokia 6790 and E72.
