Under: Mobile Phones, Motorola
Date: October 6th, 2009

Great news as Google’s Android operating system for mobile phones is said to soon be available.

The news follows an agreement announced on Tuesday. It was said by the companies that Verizon will introduce Android based handsets within the next few weeks. This Android platform will allow users of Verizon Wireless to experience much faster and swifter access to the web pretty much from any location.

The companies plan to develop several Android based devices that will come already pre loaded with innovative applications, designed by Google, Verizon and some third parties. The products will be available to buy online and in Verizon retail stores. The handsets are said to be made by leading manufacturers. For more information please visit money.cnn.com
