Bought one of these a couple of days ago. It’s a great idea, unfortunately it just DOESN’T WORK! Nine times out of ten, activating the pack produces an error message saying that ‘This accessory is not designed to work with iPhone’. Once it does decide to charge the battery, it does so for a while, then produces the error message again. It’s supposed to charge the phone and battery when connected – it doesn’t. A great ideas and a good design, but useless as a product. It goes back today.

In the same boat as Jon…unfortunately can’t take mine back now as I’ve had it over 2months.

I think they have fixed that issue of the pack giving an error message. I bought one and have been using for the past 3 weeks.

Works as advertised. Only concern was that the button was too easy to accidently activate.

Another problem was that once the pack and phone is done charging, everything is cut off from the power. Meaning, if you charge it over night and the case and pack is done charging in the middle of the night, your phone will continue to deplete power. No constant charge in idle mode while plugged in.

I'm on the fence with the Mophie Juice Pack Air, but there seems to be reception problems with those and I do not like the glossy finish. Matte/Soft Finish is only available in Red…
