Just five days since the launch of the iPad tablet in the United States it seems Apple are busy preparing for a presentation for tomorrow for the iPhone OS with two versions?

Yes Thursday we should see Apple presenting the fourth version of the iPhone operating system OS 4.0. The next big iPhone update which we are all awaiting will be let out in a presentation to the media and also press representatives on April 8th at 19:00 the details of the iPhone firmware version 4.0 will be introduced.

An email was sent from the company with an invitation to the media for the meeting in Cupertino, which was said to offer a sneak peek into the future of iPhone OS. The new system will be unveiled at their headquarters in California.

According to a recent report which we covered here, it seems Apple is also preparing two new versions of the Smartphone which will include one which is compatible with CDMA operator Verizon. Now, don’t get too excited we must remember that this doesn’t mean that tomorrow there will be a new operating system, but it is likely that the iPhone OS 4.0 will be available sometime in June, probably when the new iPhone will also be presented.
