iPhone 4 Accessory: Vapor4 Case

At the moment it appears the only way round the iPhone 4 antenna problems is to use a bumper case, but apparently they are now in short supply, something I reported on earlier and can be read (here). However there is a smart looking alternative.

Jesus Diaz of Gizmodo has come across the Vapor4 case for the iPhone 4, which is an aluminium bumper case which features an inner liner which separates the metal from the iPhone 4 antenna and thus should solve most of the iPhone 4 design issues.

Apparently the manufacturer of the Vapor4, Elementcase told Gizmodo that in tests results showed that there was no interference what so ever over all iPhone models.

The Vapor4 case does look like a neat iPhone 4 accessory, when you note it’s been put together using hexagon screws, but it does set you back a hefty $80, but is still cheaper than the bumpers being offered on eBay.
