The Google Mobile iPhone App has just had an update and once you have installed the update it will now feature push notifications for Gmail and the Google Calendar.

The app is totally free from the Apple App Store (Visit iTunes), the new update is said to add “real” notifications that give you message type previews. The app also features “search as you type” results; we would love to read your personal reviews about this.

The App Features: New! Push notifications for new mail and calendar events, Search by voice, Google Suggest, Just talk, Search history, My Location, Vertical search and Contact search.
