The gameplay footage of Dead Space on the iPhone 4 comes our way courtesy of the guys over at Daily iPhone Blog by way of Ispazio and also Touch Arcade and delivers two minutes of gameplay action .

In the two minute official first look video you get a look at the creepy atmosphere the iOS game projects along with a look at the grizzly alien enemies and of note, the same as the console version the iOS screen virtually lack any HUD features.
