For all you iOS gamers out there we have a quick sneak peak video of iOS game Dead Space for the iPhone and Apple iPad for your viewing pleasure below. There are two versions of the scifi shooter available from iTunes, Dead Space and Dead Space HD for the iPad.

This sneak peak video comes our way courtesy of the guys over at TiPb and delivers almost three minutes of Dead Space from Electronic Arts action on the Apple iPad.

Of the iOS game they say the graphics are gorgeous with better sound and atmosphere whilst controls are as good as can be expected for a multi-touch device. If you haven’t already done so you can also check out some Dead Space gameplay footage by hitting up (here).

The guys do say that like other separate iPhone and iPad games you can’t sync your progress between devices so wherever you get on your iPhone you won’t be able to pick up at the same point on your Apple iPad.

Dead Space for the iPhone costs $6.99, while Dead Space HD for the iPad costs $9.99 from iTunes, so all you need do now is jump on down and check out the video…enjoy.
