For those that simple love anything Apple, and would dearly love to know all the details of iPhone guru Steve Jobs rise to the top of the Apple empire, the Apple CEO and co-founder Steve Jobs has now had an authorised biography penned and is available for pre-order.

According to the guys over at Apple Insider, the authorised biography of Steve Jobs is written by former Time exec Walter Isaacson and is called iSteve: The Book of Jobs, and is now up for pre-order from Amazon.

However, if you pre-order Steve Jobs bio now, don’t go expecting to have the Simon & Schuster book in your hands for some time as the release date is expected to be March 6th 2012.

The list price for iSteve: The Book of Jobs is $30 but Amazon is offering it for $18 for the hardcover or if you prefer a Kindle version it will set you back $14.99, and apparently Apple is also offering an iBooks version for the same $14.99.

Apparently Isaacson spent 3 years of “exclusive and unprecedented interviews” along with “extensive interviews” of Steve Jobs family and Isaacson notes in the description “iSteve is the definitive portrait of the greatest innovator of his generation.”

So are you fan enough to want to rush out and slap in your pre-order for the authorised biography of Apple’s main man?
