Disgo 8104 tablet with Android ICS 4.0

If you are in the United Kingdom and in the market for a resonably price Android Ice Cream Sandwich tablet, you just might like to know that disgo has now announced the launch of their disgo Tablet 8104, a 10.1-inch Android 4.0 slate that will become available this month.

The disgo Tablet 8104 features a 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen along with a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution, front facing camera of some description, a Boxchip 1.2GHz Cortex A8 processor, 512MB DDR3 memory, 4GB on-board storage, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, miniHDMI out, stereo speakers, a 3.5mm jack, built-in microphone, and microSD expansion up to 32GB along with a 6500mAh Li-ion battery that delivers up to 5-hours usage.

The disgo 8104 Android Ice Cream Sandwich tablet also offer access to Google Play along with access to disgo apps and Slide ME connection for fast and easy access to thousands of Android application.

The purchasing director for disgo, Luke Noonan says that the company wishes to continue their lead in next generation affordable tablets and the 8104 tablet fits the bill, a slate that offers the latest in Android and tablet tech without a hefty price tag.

According to disgo, the Android 4.0 disgo 8104 tablet will be available in May via Amazon UK and Play.com along with other good etailers and retailers and will command a price tag of £149.99, although having just checked Amazon UK and Play.com it appears the Android slate isn’t available to purchase just yet, so you’ll need to keep checking if you are after the disgo 8104.
