For those of you that don’t know TIME Magazine is the world’s largest circulation weekly news magazine that was first created in 1923 by Briton Hadden and Henry Luce. It is published in New York City and a European version is published in London that also covers Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East. Today we have some not so controversial TIME Magazine mobile apps.
