Palm WebOS SDK first look picture gallery

The net is buzzing with news of the latest buzz in the mobile world, the Palm Pre and WebOS, and the guys over at BGR have got hold of several screen shots of the workings of the Palm Pre webOS SDK.

Apparently everything is previewed and tested in the web browser, which means anyone who knows how to program in Java can write an app claims Palm.

The word is applications work just like they should on a mobile phone, similar to the Apple iPhone Simulator but in this case in the web browser. The webOS SDK works as a local server which serves up the webpage’s/apps which can be hooked into from the user’s local browser. Hit up the source for those SDK images.
