Obama phone launched in Kenya by Mi-Fone

Who better to get to promote your new mobile phone other that President-elect Barack Obama. That’s what Mi-Fone has done with the Mi-Obama mobile phone.

The Mi-Obama phone was recently launched, not in the US but in Kenya which happens to be where Barack’s father was born. Mi-Fone isn’t that well known as it only operates in some Asian and African markets.

The Mi-Obama phone is a candy-bar and has “Obama” and “Yes we can” on its rear, and as for specs it has an FM radio, LED torchlight and 128 x 128 pixel display. The reason for the Mi-Obama phone is that President Obama is due to visit Kenya in the future, and its prived at $30.00.
