Apple iPhone gains tethering and AT&T offer contract free iPhones?

Here some more news about the Apple iPhone 3.0 bate software; apparently developers have now found out that the new iPhone 3.0 OS includes an option for tethering.

Apparently the developers were able to get tethering working via connection over a USB, this find is great news, but no doubt will end up costing the iPhoner once Apple and AT&T officially make it live.

On the subject of the Apple iPhone and AT&T, apparently AT&T is preparing to at last offer an Apple iPhone 3G without contract. Word has it a contract-less 8GB Apple iPhone will cost $599 while a 16GB will set you back $699 and could be available by March 26th.
