Rumour: iPhone 3.0 OS Firmware Releases April 17

There have been several rumours flying around since Apple previewed their new Apple iPhone OS 3.0, the main rumours centre around just when the new update will actually become available to iPhoners. However, according to the guys over at Product Reviews, they say they have been told it will not be summer but in fact earlier.

Apparently one of their readers has told them the Apple iPhone OS 3.0 will be available as of April 17th, and the reader also states the beta was not leaked but was make available officially and he is using it.

He again affirmed that the full version will be available as of April 17th and so we’d better mark our calendar, and didn’t comment further.
