The latest word is Opera is trying to cut a deal to bring preloaded Opera Mobile to mobile phones with wireless carriers in the United States of America.

Apparently someone at Opera opened their mouth and let it slip that Opera has been in negotiations with US wireless carriers, although it wasn’t mentioned which ones, but one can guess which they may be.

Cementing the deal would be a huge booth for Opera and Opera Mobile, and a huge step for them in the mobile browser battle for North America, and well having Opera Mobile preloaded on a mobile phone would give the user no excuse not to give it a go.
