FCC where is the Sony Ericsson Satio going?

Sony Ericsson has something up it’s sleeves, a secret weapon of sorts. Yes the Swedish – Japanese mobile phone maker have really been working hard.

The new Sony Ericsson Satio is almost ready for primetime apparently. Its been given the green light to connect with wireless networks in the US is it heading for US soil in the near future? It was unveiled at Mobile World Congress in 2009 where we had the privilege to have a brief look.

At the time the mobile phone at the high end was the Sony Ericsson Idou, but the Satio has proven to be much more appealing, the Idou / Satio has been packed to overflowing with lots of goodies, including a 12 megapixel camera, with Xenon flash a 3.5 inch widescreen touch screen display to mention just a few to tickle your taste buds. At the moment we have no idea what the FCC has cleared the Sony Ericsson Satio for US duty, hopefully we will see the Satio with some kind of US 3G support. Source – intomobile.com
