Do we all remember the cute little handset announced only last week the Nokia Mural by AT&T?

Well if you don’t here’s a reminder, it’s a cute 3G clam shell feature phone that just draws us to it, with it fab lights and its cheap $50 price tag. If you were considering rushing out to grab one take heed a word of warning.

Word has it that AT&T have pulled the handset indefinitely, apparently all shipments and sales stopped. Looking at the AT&T memo a production bungle the Mural is incapable of operating on AT&T’s 3G network. Instead it remains stuck fast on 2G. Retail outlets have all been informed and requested to return the handsets by September 25th for a software update. Good news then at least we know a fix is already available.
