I've had nothing but issues since I got this phone. I had problems with being able to turn the phone off and then turn it back on. In order to turn the phone on, I've had to pull the battery out several times. Also, had an issue with answering phone calls, even with the keyguard off, I was unable to press to answer the phone either by tapping with my finger or using the little pick or stylus. Had problems with dialing out which may be due to my network at the time experiencing issues, however the other two issues are completely related directly to the phone itself. The store I bought it from copied my sim card onto a new one, so we are hoping this alleviates the issues, however, in my book I rate this product as an F.
This phone sucks. I can't answer calls it turns off or freezes. Nokia sucks never agian will I get a phone from them.
